MBA Programs
The MBA program prepares business executives starting their careers with the knowledge and skills to provide innovative, entrepreneurial and socially responsible leadership in international organizations or their own businesses. Offered in full-time and part-time formats, the MBA of the EGADE Business School develops competencies in executives who seek to grow within an organization, providing them with real business experience which is highly enriched in terms of networking with other executives, professors and graduates of the program. The MBA of the EGADE Business School requires that candidates have at least three years of relevant professional experience, a factor which when combined with a focus on collaborative learning, exposes students to the best business practices.

Designed for senior business leaders, this program combines executive sessions with four periods abroad in which the class has the opportunity for high-level networking, as well as exposure to the best practices of international companies. OneMBA is the executive MBA program which offers a truly global business experience.

Dual-degree with the University of Texas in Austin. This program prepares executives for strategic and leadership roles in their organizations, while strengthening their competencies in functional areas of business. Students in this program learn how the global envionment impacts business operations, and they develop specific strategies for meeting the new challenges of the business world.

Dual degree with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Offered exclusively in Monterrey, this program offers the opportunity to obtain an MBA from the EGADE Business School as well as from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, without leaving the city. The MBA in Global Business & Strategy prepares executives to practice in a multi-cultural environment with the capacity to define and implement business strategies which generate competitive advantages in international organizations.
In addition to the dual MBAs, the student also receives a Certificate in Global Business & Strategy from the UNC Charlotte.

Aimed at young executives with less than three years of experience who seek a solid component of internationalization in their careers, the Master in International Business offers the opportunity to obtain a second degree from prestigious universities and business schools in North America, Europe and Asia and combine it with professional experience in the form of an internship abroad. The Master in International Business seeks students fluent in other languages and anxious to develop management skills in the context of international business.
