The EGADE Business School seeks students with outstanding potential for leadership and academic excellence. Admission to the programs is open to candidates with professional work experience. The admissions requirements will vary for candidates depending on their experience. Our admissions process has four key steps.

1. Interview with the Program Director

As a candidate, you are advised to make an early appointment to visit the EGADE Business School in your campus of choice and meet with the Program Director. This meeting provides you with an important opportunity to discuss in detail the program that you are interested in, or review other options. Our Program Directors in turn, have the opportunity to learn about your professional and academic background and ensure that the program is a good fit for you.

2. Application Documentation

Once you have decided on a program you must submit the following complete documents and bring them to the Admissions office in the EGADE Business School campus of your choice.

If you are Mexican national, you´ll need to submit:

  • Signed Application Form available online and PDF version
  • Birth Certificate. ¹
  • Copy of undergraduate degree.
  • Copy of "Cédula Profesional". If your cédula document is being processed, please submit an original letter from your undergraduate school/university stating that your document is being processed). ²
  • Copy of professional studies transcript. ¹
  • Curriculum Vitae (Resume).
  • Four passport size (2.5 x 3 cm) photographs, face forward (Black/White or Color)
  • Letter from your current employer showing work experience. ³
  • Two recommendation letters (Professional experience).
  • Copy of CURP.
  • Copy of official photo identification.
  • Receipt of payment for Admissions Exam: Prueba de Admisión a Estudios de Posgrado (PAEP).

3. Admission Exam

The EGADE Business School requires all applicants to take an Admission Exam known as the PAEP (Prueba de Admisión a Estudios de Posgrado). The exam is designed to test academic knowledge, aptitude and cognitive abilities, and is divided into 5 areas:

  • Mathematics
  • Language
  • Cognitive abilities
  • Written composition
  • English Comprehension

4. Admission Committee Decision

The EGADE Business School Admissions Committee meets monthly to review the application of each candidate to the School. The Admissions Committee reviews the entire profile of each candidate, including previous academic performance, undergraduate studies, Admissions Exam results, professional work experience and recommendations.

The Admissions Office will keep you informed about the status of your admission to the program of your application.
