Dr. Gerardo Lozano Fernández

Dr. Lozano specializes in marketing, international business and corporate social responsibility. He has conducted research on corporate social responsibility, service marketing and consumer behavior over the course of his academic career published in articles and cases. At the EGADE Business School he teaches the courses Corporate Social Responsibility, Service Marketing, Markets and Customers, and Market Research.

Dr. Gerardo Lozano Fernández

Dr. Lozano has been a professor at the Tecnológico de Monterrey since 1982 and at the EGADE Business School since 1998. He has participated in many executive programs and has been academic director of several executive programs including: Social Leaders and World Class Marketing Skills (World Class Marketing Skills Program), which was organized jointly by Tecnológico de Monterrey, The University of Texas at Austin and the FEMSA Corporation in Monterrey, Mexico. He has also served as a consultant to a number of national and international corporations.

Dr. Lozano has conducted research and produced publications in the areas of Agribusiness, Marketing and Service Marketing. More recently, he has begun addressing topics related to Corporate Social Responsibility and the Third Sector.

Dr. Lozano is Mexico’s team leader for the Social Enterprise Knowledge Network and the Inter-American Network for Corporate Social Responsibility.
