In the business field, Claudia Quintanilla held supervisory and managerial positions at Industrias Allen and Secretel, and she was co-founder of AXIS.

She has taught at the Tecnológico de Monterrey since 1996, and she was a teaching fellow at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Perú in 2008. Dr. Quintanilla was awarded the Film Festival Juror´s Award by the Association for Consumer Research in 2007.
